Game X Change — Local services in College Station

My squad and I visited College Station this past weekend and wanted a system to play whenever we were at the house. Let me start by saying; we did not have a good experience. The staff were nice and dealt with our amazing jokes, but they messed up too many times. We ended up going back here at least six times. Sold us broken Xboxes, gave us the wrong cords, gave us the wrong controllers, and last but not least; everything but the games were overpriced and I’m not one to complain about prices. They tried to make up for it at the end by giving us a couple things on the house, but it didn’t change the fact that they knew our vehicle and our faces because of how much we were in there. I like this little shop! It's one of those places I do not mind taking my kids when they want to exchange or get a game. For me.... It's kinda nostalgic, being the 80's baby that I am...

I keep getting asked by Google to update my review.. So here goes... Still the coolest shop ever! They truly have the most helpful and kind employees. Terrible. Worse than gamestop. I made a cash purchase and the item didn't work properly so I returned it literally 1 hour later. They would not give me my cash back even though they say a 90 day return policy. So instead of refunding me, I had no choice but to receive store credit!! I SPECIFICALLY asked the guy I purchased it from if it were to be defective, could I return it. He said yes, but failed to let me know that cash back is not an option. Only store credit. To say the least, I will NEVER return there. Even gamestop gives u your money back and they suck!!! I highly recommend...
