Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in College Station

I can't say enough about the owner of this particular Nothing Bunt Cakes. We were wanting something small but with a WOW factor! Ashley and her team made us sample trays for 300 wedding guests for New Years Eve. She helped us decide on how many trays we'd need for that many people. So excited to pick out any flavor we wanted. We really loved the chocolate peppermint that was available at this time of the year, loved it so much she had a wedding cake made for us with a small decoration on it. I was so pleased that it wasn't elaborate and it was just perfect for our guests. Most of the time people waste wedding cake anyway, I usually turn down cake at a wedding because it's never worth the calories. No one turns down bite size cake and in flavors they get to choose. The set up after dinner and cake cutting was perfect! Thank you again for making our day special with our very favorite cake...

Bought 2 dozens of the mini bundt cakes for my daughter’s birthday.They had really cute shiny birthday toppers for them on display in the case. so I asked them to be put onto them (of course I payed extra which I didn’t mind). When I opened the box there were different toppers on them very basic and lame.

My point is if they didn’t have the ones that they have on display, she should have told me... even when she checked the box to “make sure they were standing” She still didn’t tell me that they were not the same. The only reason I got them is because they were so cute!! Poor customer service.

Very disappointed about my visit with the customer service. I went in to purchase a vanilla cake and they said it wasn’t available. Except there was one available and was even on sale. The sales girl failed to mentioned that there was one available. When I realized there was one available to purchase, I asked if I can have that one. She said oh you already paid. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she wasn’t available. I even wanted to purchase additional item so that there will be no return required. Terrible...
