My husband and I happen to to be in a temporary long distance relationship due to my job so a a date sometimes he orders us both pizza and a movie we have been doing this for a year without any issue till pizza hut changed its policy this week suddenly and part of that policy is to not say anything to loyal customers as the company dose not say anything when a order is made long distance which is bad business on a corporate level however my real complaint is with the driver, who as soon as he found out my husband was long distance seeing as he order the pizza in stead of apologizing for the company's policy change, he instead got extremely angry at me and told me it was my fault for being in a long distance relation ship i guess its a horrible thing for a husband to by his girl dinner when he is 1000 miles away aprently i should be ashamed that we try to have a normal relationship despite the challenges we have in life i was humiliated and the driver reminded me how hard it was to be apart from my husband i know i was only treated this way because of my gender your dumb policy is fine pizza hut however you have no right to make fun of some ones hardship. i will say that when i called the management they were nice enough to void the order that they had already charged my husband but what they cant take back is the way the driver had spoken to me and the the fact that he said too bad it was my fault for choosing that kind of...
Read moreUpdated review: Except for the one time I got food poisoning, I have been very satisfied with service. The delivery is fast and friendly, and the food is delicious. They also communicate well. A few weeks ago, the delivery car got a flat tire, and they let me know about that pretty promptly and apologized for the inconvenience that they would be late with delivery. Things like that do happen. While it isn’t anyone’s fault, I appreciated the updates. Initial review (2 stars): The service I got at this restaurant was fantastic. I ordered for delivery online this evening, and it came very quickly. The delivery driver was very friendly. Food was okay. However, it gave me food poisoning. I usually don't complain, but I didn't want this happening to another customer, so I called the restaurant to inform them. The person who initially picked up the phone was friendly and transferred over to the manager. Manager was very understanding about the situation and gave me $20.00 of credit to use for the next order. It wasn't a serious case of food poisoning, but I will be a little weary the next time I order. This only happened once so I think I just ordered on a bad night. We ordered a few pizzas at 525pm and got a notification our pizza was on the way at about 620pm. 7pm rolls around, an hour and a half after we ordered, and still nothing. Called the store up and asked where our pizza was and the kid that answered who is a manager apparently had to look up everything and then said that doordash must not have picked up our pizza. He then said after talking to the “other manager” that they could either give me credit on my account or remake the pizza and have their delivery driver bring it more then two hours later. So your telling me our pizza has been sitting at your store just chilling on the shelf and none of you saw it or say anything to the customers?
