I went in to get two silver rings that snapped repaired and to have them look at my engagement ring with a stone that has been loose since we got the ring 18 years ago. They looked at the loose stone and said they couldn't let me leave with it like that and fixed it right there on the spot. That was a lovely first experience with them! The two silver rings have been left there for repairs. I will likely follow up with another review.

Update: I went back to pick up my two repairs, and they were beautiful ❤️🤩 not only did they fix the snapped parts, they polished them up and they look like brand new rings. My fiancé and I visited Jewelers Services to learn more about his engagement ring and we were a bit overwhelmed with the process but we had a wonderful experience here.

Matt was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He took the time to walk us through all the details like the metal type, weight and measurements and explained what services would or wouldn’t be necessary for our situation.

Everyone at Blum Jewelry is so friendly! Matt and Barry both helped me create a unique piece with my grandmother's wedding ring. Barry is very knowledgeable about jewels and gems and helped us go through some very old pieces. Some of them I guessed were costume, but he was honest and let us know that they were solid silver. I was able to sell a few items in order to cover the costs of creating a necklace and some bracelets that I know my family and I will enjoy for many years to come.
