White Rabbit Beads — Local services in Colorado Springs

I really like to visit this place and in fact it's hard for me to leave in a timely manner. I do love their bead selection and I have always thought their prices are reasonable.

However, I was a bit dissolutioned the last time I was there. I paid .50 cents each for a type of bead that I thought was very pretty and "rare". That same evening I visited Walmart and they carried the exact same beads at a fraction of the White Rabbit price.

While I am not sure where WR got these specific beads, I think they should try to stay competitive with other stores, including Walmart. If you design and craft jewelry, this shop has a bountiful selection of lovely beads, stones, and a good selection of chains, clasps, and other findings you need. The staff are very friendly and, if there is something you are looking for, will try and order it for you. They also do a workshop every month they will announce via their newsletter. I've attended several and each class was so much fun, mixed in with a touch of frustration depending on what we were creating (darn you tiny beads!). This place is a one of a gem! My daughter and I spent a great time creating a bracelet for each other (for a few bucks). The choice of beads is just amazing. The staff is helpful and kind, there are such good vibes in this place. They also offer classes and jewelry repair. We went out of the shop happy and relaxed, the magic of creating something beautiful instead of consuming I presume. I wish there were more place like this in the world.
