I had to go into the store to return a painting, I wanted to return it by UPS but could'nt because the website didn't show the option. The lady at the counter was so rude to me, her name is Ami- she told me that it hurts their sales returning items to the store- like I needed to kow that. Then she seemed to get irritated that she had to call an 800 # to assist her with my return- again not my fault. The entire time she acted like it was such a hassle for her to refund my money. The painting was over $100 and she wanted me to leave without any proof that I returned the painting, but I waited until I received an email for my return. When I advised her that I'll call her boss she told me good luck it's a corporation and that I would need to go to Bloomingdales to report her. AMI if you don't like customer service or your job don't work there!!! I will never shop online or at any Kirkland's store again! Ami has an attitude, is beyond rude and shouldn't be working...

Whenever I pass by Kirkland’s, I can’t help but walk in the doors are always open, and the amazing scents hit you before you even step inside. It’s such a vibrant and inviting space filled with beautiful, unique home decor. Even if I don’t need anything, I love to stroll through and see what new pieces they have.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they run awesome sales. Between the coupons, special offers, and the nurse’s discount (which I always use!), you can really score some great deals. They carry everything from picture frames and wall art to throw rugs, candles, bathroom accessories, and even furniture. If you’re looking to spruce up your space or just want to get inspired, this is the place.

My mom’s a regular, and while I don’t go as often, I always look forward to visiting especially during their big sales. Kirkland’s has a little bit of everything, and I love finding those unique pieces that make a home...

One of the best stores in Colorado Springs. The prices for what you're getting are amazing- I find it easier to check this store out when needing anything for my home, before going to other stores. The selection is awesome as you can find pretty much anything and the quality ranges from average to better whether it's Kirklands brand or name brands like Yankee Candle. It's clean and organized for the type of store it is, of course it's newer than many but still better than most. You can order online and have it shipped to your home or pick up in store and I've always gotten exactly what I ordered at the stated price. Hopefully this store stays open for...
