Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Columbia Township

I love this place. The pasta salad is ridiculously good, the strawberry seasonal salad is amaaaaaazing, and the prices are low enough that i can actually afford to keep coming back over and over so i am on a mission to try everything! (I've been multiple times in less than a week 😂)

I was super surprised to find a cookie with my meal (the chick). I am not a big fan of sweets, but it's really perfectly sweet and perfectly sized.

The Classic Carol was a little bland for me but my meal came with a pickle that brought it to life. Olivia's Old South is very similar to how i enjoy making it at home. The Fancy Nancy is nearly perfect. It reminds me of something in my childhood. I got the others on a croissant but this one was super great with crackers!

I still have to try the beloved broccoli salad and so many other things (I've never tried pimento cheese in my life so that'll be an interesting experience) and i think this place is a prime example of how making meals affordable will make for repeat loyal customers - if their pricing stays as is i bet i will be coming here once or twice a week until I've tried everything on their menu, and then make it a weekly treat to get...

I haven't stopped being harassed by them.

They charged me for property damage after verbally assaulting me as an angry mob of shouting women wearing red and willing to lie to each and the police.

I was so panicked by them threatening and accusing me with dishonest threats and claims I tried to stay quiet and calm and defend the truth while leaving but they kept shouting and telling me to shut up and that I was wrong before I could leave peacefully and safely.

It looks they've expanded and opened new stores since asking me to take down reviews explaining my grief and bereavement but I co tinue to suffer and you may get sick from chicken salad anywhere you go.

Absolutely the best customer service! I run a local transmission shop, and pride myself on good customer service. Last week I got takeout and when I got to the shop, I was missing an item. The broccoli salad wasn't there (my favorite part of the meal. I called the store and they put me with the manager. He offered to refund my money or make it right on next visit. I have lunch there at least once a week, and told him we could just make it right on next visit. Today I went to the drive through, the nice young lady was going to give me the broccoli salad without question. When I got to the window.. the manager handed me my bag personally and said I've got it. He would not let me pay for any of my food today. On top of this experience, the drive through people are always happy and smiling, and that makes we want to come back. Top notch service, quality employees, and such great attitudes.
