We always stop here when we go from STL to KC because we love Cane’s! The parking lot is hard to get out of when it is crowded, and it gets full easily. Also people often try to pull into the exit which is only 1 lane, which causes traffic to get congested. This time we had to park at the EatWell next door and walk. The drive through line of cars was overflowing out to the little side road blocking cars from going into the parking lot and the parking lot was full.

We placed our order and the cashier asked for the name. We waited and waited for our name to be called and saw other people who arrived after us get their orders. We went up to the counter and they said they lost our name so they just sat our order on the counter and didn’t say anything about it. Luckily the food stayed warm in the styrofoam container. I got the three finger combo and everything tasted good. The staff was doing their best to clean tables as people were leaving so the new customers would have a clean table to go to.

Had a large group (about 15) come in to celebrate the end of the semester lunch without warning them ahead of time (December 8th). Let me just say that they were absolutely fantastic! Our food would be ready - and piping hot! - before the next person had even finished ordering. We were all served way faster than any of us expected. Everyone that was working were so kind. We even shared some jokes with the workers, and they even made sure to remember names and give everyone a great experience. In addition to that, the chicken, fries, bread, sauces, all of it was absolutely delicious! Cane’s is one of my most favorite chicken places but for most of my classmates it was their first time trying it. Everyone left having a new favorite place to eat. We absolutely love Cane’s and I will always go out of my way to stop and eat there. We all had such a great time and enjoyed the staff I managed to walk out of there without even getting a picture of everyone. Thank you guys for...

I received over cooked chicken very hard to chew. Soggy fries drenched in oil, stale bread and coleslaw a little spoiled. I called to voice my complaint. I was told my name was taken and upon my next visit my meal will be replaced. That was not the case today. I spoke to a manager named Andrea and she treated me like I was a convicted felon. I presented her my credit card statement showing the actual transaction and paid amount. She refused my online statement because she could not find the same transaction in her system. She asked for my credit card and I presented my card to her. She read my card number aloud three different times while customers were inside restaurant. I hope no one wrote my card number down? She was very rude and judgemental. I can clearly see why there has been a revolving door with management 🤔. I do not want a handout. I just want quality food and service for the advertised price I paid....

All I can say is that this place blew my mind! I was a butcher at a top ten ship in the USA, needless to say, I hate fast food. I never eat out, because most places just can't get it right. Cane's is different! To start off, I was greeted by everyone when I came in. Smiles and conversations by the employees. The restaurant was also spotless. I'd be willing to wipe my hand underneath the table and eat. The chicken! They're actual tenderloins! Juicy! Tender! Melt in your mouth! You can tell that they hand batter, never frozen, and cooked to order! The quality of the chicken matches what I'd expect from Peter lugers in NYC. The lemonaid... Better than what momma made! It's hand squeezed that morning, you can just tell! Seriously, if you haven't stopped by, come in here! You're going to be treated like family, and you'll love everything about it here! I can't wait to come back!

I finally gave in to the all the anticipation surrounding Raising Cane's. I HAD to try the oh so trending Raising Cane's hand dipped chicken strips. Although the drive-thru line was VERY long; I perceived this to be a plus.(longer the line*better the food. It was worth the wait. The strip sandwich is phenomenal. I wasn't impressed with their crinkle cut fries. They were boring tasteless French fries. Thr portion of fries was relatively small as well. This is only my personal opinion, as I am not a fan of ANY crinkle cut type of fries. I strongly recommend trying Raising Cane's!!!
