I visited this store for the first time on Saturday September 9th. I purchased 2 vapes and some baked edibles. Ate an edible on Saturday shortly after purchase and it gave me a stomach ache (not too alarming as it was a new thing I was trying). However, on Tuesday 9/12 when I went to eat another one I noticed there was an expiration date on it of 6/16/2023 (which may explain the stomach ache). Called the store and the only thing they offered was for me to purchase another brand at 50% off, no apologies, nothing else. I Physically visited the store today and the same product is still on the shelf, and the “manager” was unhelpful. Again offering 50% off another product (because it is “as is” which I didn’t know until today, again this was my first time at the store) , no apologies, no even exchange, no partial refund nothing just asking me to spend more money. I was also willing to get the same product but they were all also expired. I had no problem with the product outside of the fact it was severely expired. Read moreOn my first visit, I went to buy two items but left my wallet in car. Came back and saw an extra 10$ added to the total. (Maybe a mistake, fair enough) But on my second visit a few days later and the price of one item was suddenly 3$ more. Just seems sketch, there are better options around

The fact is, I was charged more for the exact same product two days later. There are no prices listed anywhere in the store, so what's stopping the clerks from fluctuating prices at their whim? Brother, I am not making anything up to disparage your store, I personally just did not have a good experience
My advice would be to add visible pricing. I feel like I was deceived, especially after the initial 10$ error transaction. Perhaps this isn't a reflection of you but maybe keep an eye on your employees because you've lost a potential daily customer today. Best...

You go there, "they" make a mistake and they don't refund you for "Their" mistake and tell you to take it up with your bank. The bank associate calls and the employee/manager are rude to the bank associate who calls to try to rectify the matter of "their" mistake and when bank associate calls to speak with the owner Jay even he was rude and also vulgar with the bank associate. I don't know what part of wellness in their name should be there because nothing about that store signifies wellness. I understand there is a no refund policy but that should not apply to an error made by the store!! I hope in time you have to shut your doors for lack of business due to your rudeness!! Vape shops are a dime a dozen, so they can get what they need elsewhere!! Thank God not all vape shops have managers and owners like you!!
