Would have preferred to have delt with our last sales associate, but the sales lady that met us at the door sent us to the sales person we used. If we had not already knew what we were there to buy, I seriously think my wife and I would have left! She didn't listen to us at all and acted like she knew it all. We have 2 other orders that needed to be changed to the same delivery date as our new order was, her response was "well my order is corret". While I was talking to another person in the office to be sure it could be worked out. She talked over me several times. Once she heard the orders were correct, she was gone, not a Thank You, or anything after we just dropped another $1800 with the store. Worst experience with the company.
