Commons at Third is a very nice place. A visitor has to surrender their driver's license while on the premises, and the staff member has to get resident's permission before visitors can enter the building. So nobody can come in knocking on your door without your consent. That stops salesmen and other door-to-door nuisances. The staff there are very friendly. Especially the case manager that I talk to, Waynie, she's the best. The building must have been upgraded recently. It looks and smells new. It's in a very nice neighborhood, close to major stores, restaurants, and 2 COTA bus lines. Not far from the river and bicycle/walking trail. Nice building, nice...
