I am so impressed with this place. We saw so many underwhelming couches before coming here , many of which cost as much or more than the beautiful Norwalk Ana sofa we got from the Furniture Vault. Everything in their showroom was specifically chosen because of the original hand-tied construction, so no matter what you choose it won’t sag or fall apart. All of the pieces are beautiful, which I have literally never thought to myself walking into a furniture store. The customer service was fantastic! My fiancé and I don’t look like your typical high dollar clients but we were treated with respect, consideration, and received excellent recommendations based on our space and durability needs (we have two dogs and two cats, so shopping for new furniture is particularly stressful). I also have back issues, so we had been searching for a comfortable couch since LAST YEAR. We found the PERFECT sofa here (handmade locally, I might add), had the option to get 5 years of fabric protection to ease our minds about the animals, were given flexible payment options, and they delivered it for us! Well, I wish that I could give 0 stars but I can’t unfortunately. I was really excited to look at the pieces here as I recently purchased a luxury condo downtown and was hoping to decorate it with some unique pieces. We were approached by what I assume is the salesperson here, and asked why we were in the store which I didn’t inherently think was rude! However, she went on to accost my partner and I making very bold assumptions we weren’t in the store to make a purchase. It was the weirdest experience I’ve ever had, and I assume it was because we are both younger looking.
