Phyllis Ann’s Signature Ice Creamery — Restaurant in Columbus

Spare yourself the hassle of this place. This is hands down the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I was with a friend, and we both paid for our items. She got hers immediately—mine never came out.

When I finally asked what was going on, they casually admitted they had accidentally charged me for my friend’s order and never even rang mine up. And instead of just telling me upfront, they said they had “too many customers” and wanted to move on to the next person. Unbelievable.

I asked for a refund, and their response? They refused. They said that because they were now going to make my order, I wouldn’t get my money back and that my friend should just pay me back for what they messed up.

Absolutely pathetic. Avoid this place...

Super unimpressed with everything but the the ice cream. Ice cream was great.

Got to the counter where two employees sat there and didn’t acknowledge us then acted like they didn’t see me and my kids after a few minutes. The entire restaurant doesn’t make sense. It’s August, they have Christmas wrapping paper on the walls and holiday tv screens. The entire restaurant was GROSS and dirty. Noticed upon sitting down or would not have come in at all. Not a smile from a single employee, and the ordering makes no sense.

Next time we will be hitting up the gelato shop in the food court instead, even though like I said- the ice...

Pro: Such a cute and spacious creamery. I love💞 that they are a family business located inside the Polaris mall. The menu has a variety of ice cream flavors, treats, and drinks appealing to the young and old. I ordered the small southern classic butter pecan in a bowl. My first time tasting butter pecan with cashews. (I prefer pecans) Con: Not having my Lactaid pill...my...
