I had a wonderful experience upstairs picking out my jewelry the girl was very nice and helpful. But when I went downstairs to get my jewelry changed they were not very welcoming. Very rude advised me that the jewelry that I chose was a smaller gauge than what I currently have , and that my piercing may shrink a bit. I replied that that was fine because I never changed my jewelry I usually keep it in for a year or two. After a few weeks of having the jewelry in my lip started becoming inflamed & Irritated. I’ve had my lip piercing for five years and never had any issues prior to this. I was told that the jewelry was sterling silver and I paid over $75 for it. I went to the original place that I got my piercing done and changed my jewelry they advise me that it was almost embedded in my skin because the bar was too short. It had nothing to do with the gauge size. Terrible experience & I won’t be back. You can see the jewelry Has been tarnished. Callie SAVED THE DAY !! My little girl was so disappointed she couldn’t get her ears pierced at first place we had appt at so we decided to walk around and find another place possibly. We never been to Banter before but sure was glad we stopped in! Callie was great ! She listened, very informative, very good with my daughter! and she enjoyed us being in the store giving her our business. She even up -saled me just by a conversation we were having she paid attention and I got a nose piercing as well. Highly recommend.
