People be careful of their signature ilhwa ginseng tea. If you decide to take it take it with caution. This stuff can cause bad side effects(nervousness, anxiety dizzyness mood change,insomnia overstimulation of the brain, forgetfulness, headache, rapid heartbeat, insomnia, heavy bleeding if you are a woman menstrating and other problems) and can send you to the ER I know because I went. On the back of this product it states that one scoop is 0.5g for one scoop and that's false its 1g (and has not been updated by hsu or the manufacturers in Korea) as I learned later after buying the product (from the sales representative at the 2007 Morse road store )which can easily cause an overdose and overdose side effects. The sales representative that are some what knowledgeable of the benefits of the tea but do not tell you or know the side effects of their products(and will be rude and blame you when you call for help just like the medical establishment that they are so against) so its BEST to talk to a natural physician and do your research before taking any of their products to save you time...

My family has been ordering Ginseng from this place for over 20 years. My husband used to suffer from a terrible pollen allergy before he started drinking Ginseng.
