This shop went above and beyond for me and my family! My mom, cousin, and I had scheduled memorial tattoos at another shop in memory of my aunt. We wanted to get them on her birthday, and scheduled them months in advance. I live out of state, so I had taken time off work the day before and driven into town so me and my family could spend my aunt's first birthday in heaven together. Less than an hour before our scheduled appointment, the other tattoo artist cancelled on us!

My cousin, mom, and I panicked because it was a Saturday and weren't sure we'd be able to find another shop to do the tattoos. As a last ditch effort, my cousin posted on Facebook asking if anybody would be able to help us. One of the owner's replied and they brought in two artists to get our memorial tattoos on this special day.

I am so grateful to the whole team at Longevity for finding a way to fit us in last minute when another shop cancelled on us. Their shop was clean and welcoming, staff were friendly and talented, and the whole team helped me and my family feel supported on this difficult day following my aunt's passing.

The lady that checked us in was nice. But our tattoo artist was Tayin. She seemed good at first, but when it came to tattooing, she seemed rushed and frazzled constantly needing other people’s opinions of what she needs to fix. We’ve been looking forward to these memorial tattoos for about a year. And now they look rushed and sloppy and nothing like the picture we provided. When taking the bandage off (and this is not my first tattoo) most of the ink just came off. Definitely going to someone else at a different place for a touch-up and almost a full redo. I would not recommend going here. Or at least try to get Greg or Mike to do...
