Lucky’s Market is a great accessibility friendly grocery store. Looking outside, there are multiple reserved parking spaces for those who need it, and there are no curbs from the parking lot to the front door- which is automatic. The lighting is not bright nor dim, so it works great for those with light sensitivity and also those who need well lit rooms. Each aisle is decently wide, and there are friendly workers around almost every corner happy to assist you if you need. If you are sensitive to smells, the only area you may want to avoid is the grab and go section as they are making sandwiches, sushi, and other meals throughout the day. There is only one restroom and the door has a handle you have to push down then push to open, but the restroom is roomy. The noise levels are decently low throughout the week, with no constant music or announcements over the speakers (except for the awesome DJ on weekends!). I am always satisfied with my visits here.

Much larger than the Clintonville location. Although it seems they have allocated the space differently- while they’ve made much more space for market items (which is wonderful), they removed some favourites: As others have mentioned, there is no pizza bar, coffee bar / wine-beer bar. These were big pluses when we’d shop- we’d grab a glass of wine and take our time perusing the aisles. I feel these sort of features would do well in this location also. Oh well. Very happy with selection of items and prices seem inline with a metro market. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Glad to finally have a grocer closer than GE market dist!

Luckys has TERRIBLE produce. I refuse to buy produce from here anymore, which is a shame because I live within walking distance to the store. I will go anywhere else but here if I’m looking to buy fruit or vegetables. The last time I was here, the produce had MOLD on it while still in the store! Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, apples etc had white mold and were mushy. Multiple packages. Why are none of the employees checking the produce throughout the day and pulling moldy products off their shelves? I sifted through the bags of apples to find one bag that was in decent shape. I bought it, took it home, threw it in my fridge, and 2 days later, multiple apples were mushy and moldy. Apples are supposed to last up to 8 weeks refrigerated. These lasted me 2 days after purchase. It’s so frustrating when grocery prices have SKYROCKETED over the past few years, and you try and buy groceries to keep you healthy and they just end up going to waste 2 days later. More money down the drain. Luckys clearly has supply chain management issues. Luckys, PLEASE fix this. I want to support your business but it’s unacceptable to keep serving your customers poor quality products. Please source your...

Overall the store was great. if I could have given a half star I would have The only reason I took anything away was because the rather or even incredibly unremarkable deli sandwich I bought. they have an amazing store focused on clean organic food but then you get to the deli counter and it's just white bread on iceberg lettuce with crappy tomatoes. the meats and the mustard was fantastic both boar's head which is great but a sandwich consist of multiple quality ingredients. And everything else left a lot to be desired. The guy working the sandwich counter had a ponytail, was super friendly. I only listed he had a ponytail so hopefully whoever owns the store can recognize him as being a quality employee. He was friendly and helpful it's not his fault the store chooses crappy ingredients for...
