I had been wanting to try a lash lift and tint for a while but was overwhelmed trying to decide on who. I stumbled across Ronnie by chance and found myself following them and checking out their work through their social media. I really liked their vibe and how accommodating and calming their voice was - plus the results pics speak for themselves! Ronnie helped me book my appointment, sent me info on what to expect during my service and was beyond kind to answer all my questions. My first service was a last lift and tint - Ronnie welcomed me, walked me through everything and provided fidget toys for my nervous hands. The results were great and I couldn’t wait to go back! Ended up doing another lash lift and tint and also did a brow wax and tint most recently and I am so pleased!! I should probably just buy the package next time because I’m already booked for September! I’ve never had a bikini wax (and know waxing is more Ronnie’s speciality) but once I decide to go for it, I wouldn’t go anywhere else - I absolutely would trust Ronnie and if you’re a bit of an anxious person like me, I cannot recommend Ronnie...

For starters, they are the most polite and professional esti I’ve known. They just really want to make sure everyone has good skin, client or not. It’s so sweet to know they genuinely just care about you as a human.

On a business level, they go all out for all of their clients and really make sure they’re taken care of. They go above and beyond to educate you on what is up with your skin, what is the best process to fix it, what you should be using & why this will all work. I’ve never had someone explain my skin in so much detail.

I’ve visited Ronnie twice now— for my brows and brazilian wax. I think Ronnie is a phenomenal human— they make sure you are comfortable, at ease and I never am afraid to ask questions. By far the best wax experience I have ever had, from any private esthetician or a business in general.
