I had my hair done on March 21st by Olivia. I let her know that I wanted a partial highlight. She asked me if I wanted a lot of blonde, to which I replied, no, because I wanted the blonde to be subtle and to mix with my dark. I was not happy with the result/color, but thought I would see at home as it might be the lighting. I immediately messaged her the next day letting her know my concerns and received no response. The top looked like it had been streaked with grey highlights and the bottom was a bright yellow. With it being so yellow my underneath showed as a drastic difference in color and it immediately looked like I had roots from the time I left the salon…I then messaged her two more times over the next couple weeks and again, no response. After spending so much money and it looking horrible from the start, I reached out to the salon directly and first received a nice response apologizing and offering for one of the owners to fix it. I agreed to that as fixing it was what I had wanted from the start.. After letting them know times that i was available, no response. After a couple days, I then just asked for a refund, so I could go somewhere else to have it fixed/redone… again, no response. I then finally received a response (after a month) from Olivia stating that she did what I asked and I can go elsewhere from here on out… I never asked for bright yellow hair and grey highlights and the lack of any care of the client being unhappy with this result is shocking.
