I shouldāve read the return policy more carefully before I made a return. When I returned an item in their store today I was greeted by the owner and another woman. I let the owner know I was there to return two items that I had just purchased 3 days ago. The owner informed me that the policy on purchased items made within 12 business days and purchased in the store by a customer must be given a credit only and that refunds are not offered. I let them know that I was just at their website and read the policy differently. I was quickly cut off by the other woman working behind the counter and was told āNo, thatās not what it says!ā The owner stepped in, explained the return policy to me and kindly offered to return my items purchased with a full refund out of courtesy which I greatly appreciated. The other woman immediately gets on her laptop and goes to the Rowe boutique website to show me the one page store return policy to make a point. Now Iām angry because she just couldnāt let it go. I let her know that if and when I had some free time I would review the policy online to make sure Iām clear on what it says even though they had just explained it to me 3 times. Once the return was complete the owner felt the need to explain their policy to me again even though I hadnāt asked for an additional explanation. The audacity of these two ladies to be so rude. I donāt need lectured. Itās a simple return. I was so angry when I left the store that I made the decision to call them and let them know that how they acted was both inappropriate and very disrespectful. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!! There are other boutiques who understand BEST PRACTICES and thatās where I will be spending my money...

I was very excited to come look at the Rowe boutique since they seemed to have a lot of good pieces. Unfortunately the workers inside were very unwelcoming. Instead of asking what I needed or if they could helpā¦. The two girls awkwardly continued their conversation⦠and then completely stopped talking as I shopped maybe I donāt fit their clientele so they didnāt want to be bothered. As I shifted through the clothes on the shelf they continued to just function as if I was not there even though I was the only one in the store. Even though I found an outfit that I at least wanted to try on I decided against it. Itās never worth spending money when you donāt...

Hereās what I suspect (and I say āsuspectā because customer service never explained): the bag was on display in the store for a prolonged period of time and suffered sun damage. There was no indication of discoloration in the product description. Itās actually appalling, the damage is so bad. Like over $350-for-a-redye bad. Even though the item was final sale, customer service did rectify the situation with a full refund which Iām grateful for. Iām so sad though, that behno bag is sold out everywhereā¦I hope Rowe reexamines how they handle expensive and delicate merchandise like suede so that quality is not compromised.
