I went to Sophia's on March 7th 2020, I went in not really expecting to find a dress, because I am a plus size bride and was only expecting them to have a few dresses for me to try. Man, was I completely wrong!! They had a really good selection of dresses for me to try and in all different styles!! I was completely blown away!! I was also thinking it wasn't going to be a very fun experience either. I was also COMPLETELY wrong in that area too! Madeson was my consultant and made me feel completely at ease and made the experience so very pleasant and FUN!! She never tried to sway me or push me towards a certain style and encouraged me to take my time and pick what I loved!! She never made me feel uncomfortable or like I was taking up her time, either! She made me feel like I was the only bride-to-be there and that we were in our own personal space. I tried on at least 8 different dresses while I was there. The funny thing is, the first dress I tried on would be the one I would say Yes to! I tried to tell myself that the reason I loved that dress so much was because it was the very first dress I seen myself in and was trying to get past that. But, every dress I tried on afterward, I kept comparing to THAT dress. So, after trying on other dresses Madeson asked if I would like to try on the first dress again and I immediately said yes! I got it on and before I walked out of the dressing room she threw on a vail and I lost it! Walked out and said "This is it, this is THE ONE!" All the amazing ladies at Sophia's were absolutely wonderful, very supportive, and friendly! They never once made me feel uncomfortable or unwelcome! Sophia's Bridal and Tux is definitely an amazing place to go to find the dress of your dreams! Thank you to all the wonderful ladies there! You are all amazing! Keep up the amazing work! Love to all! Do not EVER use this location for any of your bridal needs.Details for missing product at the end. The first time we went in they were fine but the several other interactions we had the lady was an absolute nightmare. She was condescending, would not listen to me and gave me so much wrong information. We ended up having to use them for our wedding because we unfortunately trusted them. The expected the rentals back the Tuesday after our Sunday wedding which normally isn’t such a big deal but was definitely stressfully because we were leaving for our honeymoon and it just wasn’t possible for us and many friends. We eventually found someone to take them and guess who wasn’t even open during business hours. Sophia’s! I wasn’t even shocked because look at how horrible the rest our our experience was with them… they had posted signs saying they would be closing that day at 1:30. The suits get there at noon and they’re not even open. We realized our friend had also forgotten my husband’s suit so we go to take it back a week later and appear there’s a 25 dollar fee for every day the suit is late. We didn’t get a call or anything to know this was even a thing or that we were even being charged. The one woman we talked to every time was extremely rude. She talked over me spoke to me as if I was 4, acted like she was better than anyone else in the world, and when my then fiancé called she was so willing to help “Mr.——-“ with everyone needed. Extremely unprofessional and I cannot recommend enough that you do NOTwaste any time or money here. I’m our rentals they also forgot cufflinks for two suits, And shoes for another.
