A Jeweler’s Workshop — Local services in Concord

So I would give a 5 star rating however the owner has kept 2 pieces of my jewelry and not responded to voicemails, notes left on business door and many other attempts to contact him and figure out why I never got my rings back. He fixed a necklace llma d returned it promptly, so i asked him to fix my rings.He agreed and took them. I didnt see him again after this. I was asst manager at subway on main st at the time which was in 2016-2017.One ring was a clouder ring with an emerald heart being held by the hands, the other ring was a white gold ring with an unkown stone in center that was like periwinkle in color with 2 small diamonds one on either side of center stone. He was to replace the missing diamond n find out what the center stone was and then repair the band on the emerald clouder ring. These were both given to me by family and had sentimental value to me which is the only reason why years later I am still trying to retrieve my belongings. I would grearly appreciate it if Dave or his wife would contact me and help resolve this issue. I will change my rating and remove this once I have my things back. I do realize after the length of time its been the likelihood they still have them is probably slim to none however I still have the right to ask and be compensated if they infact are gone. Greg was extremely helpful with my wedding and engagement ring. My fingers were very swollen and I really wanted to try to save my rings. Greg tried to help me get them off, but unfortunately my fingers were too swollen. However, he was able to not only fix the rings he had to cut, but the rings looked good as new on the day I received them! He made it a point to explain the process and answer any questions on what I could expect which made me feel very comfortable leaving my rings in his care. He also took great care and saved one of the engravings on one of my rings (my wedding ring). There was no guarantees, which he was upfront about, but even so, I was happy to see that the words were still there when I got the ring back even if they did have a slightly different look (there was just some slight warping of the words but this could not be helped and is still lovely and legible-it was obvious he was very careful). Greg is a professional, he takes his work very seriously and he makes great effort to ensure that the jewelry he’s being trusted with comes back in the best condition possible. I highly recommend The Jewelers Workshop, you won’t be disappointed and he has gained an ongoing customer if I ever need more help with my jewelry...

Absolutely amazing! My mother took her ring here today thinking she needed a new band. She was so so happy with this place! I think it’s awesome it’s a family owed and run store. They took exception care of her. The gentleman cleaned her ring, fixed the prongs around the diamond and even offered to clean the rest of her rings! She hasn’t been able to wear her ring for a long time and they fixed it right up and saved her a lot of money. I’ll be coming here from now on for my jewelry. Thank you so much you guys!
