This shop and it's owners are beyond incredible!!

My husband bought me a gift card this past Christmas because I have wanted a pair of Birks for years now.

He took me into the store to pick out my Birks last weekend and it was such a great experience. The staff was beyond helpful.

The wonderful lady helping us fit my foot to the sandal, made sure the straps were in the correct spots and tightened accordingly. She explained the care and maintenance to help my new Birks last as long as possible. She had a ton of tricks and tips to share with us. She discussed how to bring my husband's older Birks back to life. This was so wonderful because most store would talk you into buying a whole new pair, but she not once mentioned that, and instead advised us how to get as much life as possible out of the ones he currently has and loves.

I happened to be wearing fun socks that day with ice skating polar bears which opened the conversation to fun socks and a great little shop just down the road with fun socks. We traded secret fun sock locations! I ended up going to the cute little shop after I left Simply Birkenstock and bought a couple of new pairs of fun socks to wear with my new Birks!!

Overall one of the best and most enjoyable shopping experiences I have ever had. I 100% will not ever buy another Birkenstock anywhere but here. I look forward to my next trip in!!

I love Simply Birkenstock in Concord NH. Just spent over an hour there trying on at least 7 different versions of the Bend Low sneakers/walking shoes. My sales associate Adam was highly knowledgeable of the brand and extremely patient in answering all my questions and retrieving each style/size shoe I wanted. I did make my final decision and bought the black leather Bend Low in Regular width. I do not consider myself to have a wide foot, but the Regular vs the Narrow feels so much better on my foot and does not aggravate my sore spots on the ball of my foot near big toe. This is the 4th pair of Birkenstocks I have bought over the years and the first from Simply Birkenstock. I am so happy to know I can now go in person and get all my questions answered regarding the different styles and sizing. This was my first non sandal...

A fantastic small business you want to support!! I have been to Simply Birkenstock a few times now and have had a consistently great experience. The space is clean, very well organized, and seems to always have fun finds tucked into places. Most recently I was there to get a pair of birks for my mom. They did not have exactly what she wanted to try in her size (it was a newer release) but were able to order it (thank you, Charlie!), called as soon as it came in, and quickly got her set up. She appreciated the trying-on experience, where Laurie was a great help and very personable. Then Mitchell checked out the purchase to make it all smooth and easy. Everyone who works here is extremely thoughtful and makes it a good atmosphere. It feels like a special place, even on its busier days....
