Where do I start? I honestly wish they would’ve left the one in Walnut Creek location open because that is the only time that I received decent service. From opening day of this location the quality of service provided has been very lackluster and honestly not pleasant. If it wasn’t the closest store to me, I would never shop here. I prefer to do online pick up so that way I can avoid the bad vibe and bad energy in the store. However, today I was shopping for a graduation gift and it was last minute, so I needed something quick. I walked into the store was greeted, which was fine, but no one walked over to ask me if I needed any help I instead had to ask the question if they had something in order to be helped while 1 associate assisted a customer and the other 3 socialized. My wife and I went to the Pandora store (Concord) today to buy an extra bracelet link; however, this old white lady does not appear to be interested in assisting non-white customers. While we were waiting for our turn, I heard her being rude to another Mexican customer, and when it was our turn, she sounded quite rude. We ask her if we can see the gold chain link since we're trying to space out what my wife already had, which was too small. I was in this store not to long ago looking to get my first charm bracelet with my mom and our experience was not great. A older white lady was helping us out and she was just completely rude and unprofessional. My mom only speaks Spanish and she was giving us bad looks, my mom felt uncomfortable and discriminated !
