Where to begin??? I was looking for a Jewelry Store that can soder charms onto two bracelets I had as gifts. I called to see if I can see what there price was when I spoke to someone telling me he would charge me $4.00 each charm as long as I would let them know that "The Boss" said it for $4.00 a charm. I took it that day and made sure I told the Blond lady that "The Boss" said I can have my charms added onto my bracelets for $4.00 each, She gave me a stern look and went to the back I guess to make sure I was saying the truth as if im some kind of thief? Anyways needless to say I got it for that price. So when the day came to pick up my items I also went ahead and brought my own chram bracelet I wanted to add six charms to. Without asking what my price would be I left. So coming to today I picked up my charm bracelet only to find out that this blond lady totally jacked up the prices $43.30 the exact price I paid to have ten charms put on. When I told her why it was for that price she just told me that they usually charge $12 to put in charms? And just brushed me off TOTALLY RUDE!!!! I own a Trucking Business with my husband and would never do this to a customer! However, after placing the order, the owner, Martin, informed me that an additional $1000 would be required.
When I politely asked if there were alternatives within my budget, Martin became defensive and unprofessional. He outright refused to accommodate my request and proceeded to argue with me, dismissing my concerns and implying that I was complaining because I didn’t have the money. This response was both insensitive and insulting, leaving me feeling undervalued and disrespected as a customer.
Frustrated by this experience, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I went to Jeff’s Jewelry and had an outstanding experience. They not only got everything done at a fourth of the cost but also completed the service in just 3 days. The stark difference in customer service and professionalism between Camillo’s Fine Jewelry and Jeff’s Jewelry was remarkable.

Since then, I’ve gotten the ring cleaned and inspected there a few times. Today, I walked in and asked to have the ring cleaned as normal, unaware that there were new owners. When we handed the ring over, the man at the counter made it seem like it couldn’t be cleaned due to being a real sapphire. When we told him the ring was made there, and that we’ve gotten it a few times he took it into the back and a few minutes later walked out and said it could be cleaned. The feeling this left in the interim was one of shock since I felt like there may have been something wrong with the stone. Additionally, I was considering a new ring for myself, since I injured my hand a while back and lost the one I liked.
