I had a strange experience on the phone today with a woman who works there. I asked about a hat they had pictured on their website. This lady, who called herself "Eileen", told me their was no such picture on their website. Twice I called because she took my e-mail and said she would e-mail me a picture on their hat I was interested in. She never did even though twice I gave her my e-mail address. She finally, on the second call, admitted the hat was pictured on their website but ofered no apology for giving me wrong information and acted very cagey during both phone conversations. Strange to treat a potential customer that way. Be advised! l Follow up: Three or four hours later, after posting this review, I received a picture of a hat similar to the one in the picture I was interested in. Mr. Russell and Mr. Tracy were beyond courteous and professional. From a phone call to fully dressed and fitted took less than a couple hours and was done with all the urgency the occasion required and all the panache I did not expect. Both gentlemen coordinated expertly and swiftly to have me properly suited with time to spare, which was a miracle in and of itself. And to Mr. Russell, specifically, I have to say, nice call on the paisley tie and quick thinking on the blowdryer. Aces the whole way around. Had always heard of the place, and never been. A hefty price tag (for a guy like me), but well earned and impressively tastefully at that.
