Starbucks — Restaurant in Coon Rapids

Checking out was very quick but I realized that they had given me to wrong drink. I was really excited to try the new iced lavender cream oat milk matcha just to end up with a drink completely the opposite of what I ordered. I was so upset when I realized it wasn't correct. I don't know if it's because they were closing soon or what but my drink didn't even look like the photo. I was given some sort of iced coffee that did not taste well. As soon as we were handed our drinks, they started cleaning up and left. I couldn't even ask for a refund or to get the order...

I don’t like to ever leave a bad review, but we went to order some sandwiches, a cake pop, and drinks and there were just too many things that went wrong: firstly, the lady who helped us had poor customer service. She didn’t want to be there and couldn’t even smile at us. The second thing is that they were out of the sandwiches we wanted. Thirdly, our strawberry açaí lemonades were gross. The lemonade was old tasting so we couldn’t drink them. Starbucks, I love you normally, but I think Target needs to amp up their “In-Store”...

Lived here since the spot where Target is located was just an empty field but this was my first time ever utilizing Starbucks and probably the last. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese wrap with sirracha. They didn't have the wrap readily available and had to getit from the walkin cooler, which is fine.
