World Market — Local services in Copley Township

A Zero star rating does not even come close to what I would like to give the head Manager and the 3 front cashier employees working at the store on 11/9/24. The manager was unprofessional, rude, and I can not even begin to explain the level of attitude and disrespect given to me. While in the store I called customer service to start a formal complaint. While filing the complaint I was asked to give the managers name and the names of any employees involved in the situation. When I had asked for the managers name, she refused to give it and walked away from me. When I asked the employees up front for her name, they would not give the managers name either. Furthermore, the cashiers up from then started talking about the situation to other customers in front of me, like I wasn't there. I am so blown away by the lack of respect and customer service training. I don't even know what to say. Well, I guess I do, to anyone reading this, I hope you never have a problem with something and find yourself in a situation yourself. Cost Plus World Market is a really unique store. They have a wide variety of items from kitchenware to alcohol. Tonight was our first time visiting (we live near Pittsburgh and this is the closest store) and it was worth the trip just to see all that they have in store versus online.

I loved seeing so many unique food items, from seasonings to flavored pastas, and candy you could normally only get overseas. They have some really awesome home decor items as well, such as a blanket made by a company that donates blankets to the homeless.
