The staff at this location are the most friendly staff I've ever met. Since this is a review ill elaborate I'm being sarcastic I wanted to return my wedding band I walked into the store and was greeted by a staff member. I told her that I wanted to return my wedding band I said I didn't have my receipt but everything is on my online account in their system. With out even looking I was told I needed the receipt which is understandable so I went and got my receipt. Then it was announced to the whole store "He actually came back with his information" which to me was labeling me before as a scammer trying to make a quick buck even though my ring was in the original box still. After getting announced to the whole store I was taken over to a corner by the staff which decided to try and tell me I wasn't eligible for the return because it was past the 30 days. I asked her to look at the receipt again with the date and she realized that she was mistaken no big deal. Until during the return process they tried to deny my return multiple times from my zip code not matching my ID this is because I just moved before I got the ring to just making up other points. After all the run around the manager had to be called over I did not ask for him the staff member needed him for a question. He was introduced so trying to be polite I responded by saying hello and asking how he was doing. I received a quick glance and no reply or any further interactions with him. After wards they struggled to figure out how to process the refund to me afterwards. After all this I wanted to get my other ring which I purchased from Jared's cleaned because I have the insurance plan for cleanings and inspections. The staff just walked away afterwards even though I asked about getting my other ring cleaned. Instead the team went either to another customer or went to the back so they did not have to deal with me. Moral of the store if your going to go to Jared don't. At least not the Fairlawn location the staff are unprofessional and unhelpful and just not willing to help. Otherwise the ring is beautiful and I was excited about working with Jared's since we share the same name haha but sadly I feel that I'm going to have to visit any other branch besides my local one which is really inconvenient.
Edit: after reaching out to the email given to me i was connected with a district manager she asked for me to re-explain the situation because she was confused. After explaining everything again she doesn't email me back until two days later giving me the most basic cookie cutter answer of "we went over training opportunities" not trying to help the customer treated like a criminal all because I wanted to return my wedding band. This company will happily take your money but offers 0 support and will treat you as a criminal if you try to return it or try to get your ring cleaned...

I purchased a new Tudor watch in the state I live in. The Rolex/Tudor dealer is over a 100 miles from my home. So, I was taking a trip home to the Copley - Fairlawn area for a funeral. On the drive down my watch kept slipping off my wrist and needed a link removed. I remembered Jared’s carried Rolex in the early 2000’s. I stopped by the store hoping to get a link removed.
I walked in and was instantly greeted. I looked like a total bum from the 4 hour drive (Wearing some of my farming clothes). No one prejudge me and was comfortable right from the start.
Holly was the first to great and assist me. She is very kind and nice person. I explained my situation and she said no problem. She took a look at my watch and I think she was shocked to see a Tudor chronograph. She said they don’t see too many Tudor’s in years. With in minutes she had the link out, sized perfectly. Then she also offered to clean it as well! I was shocked for a cleaning and very great full. That was super nice of her to clean the watch. After the cleaning and sizing the watch looked brand new!
I was also taking a peek at watches they have available. If you’re looking for some beautiful Rolex this a must stop. They are not a Rolex dealer but was shocked at the selection and the condition of the Rolex’s the have for purchase. They also had a couple hard to find Rolex watches.
I also was able to speak with Abe. I have been looking for a nice watch that I can wear on the farm. Something that can take a beating but nice. I had a few questions on the Tissot Touch Connect Solar. He was super eager, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. If you have watch questions he is your watch pro. If I decided to buy the Tissot. Abe will be the first I call and buy from 350 miles away.
To find out Holly was the Store Manager. She is doing a wonderful job. What a clean boutique, great customer service and the selection of fine jewelry and watches. She went above and beyond for me. I did not purchase the watch at Jared but treaded me like I bought the watch there.
Thank you Holly, Abe and Staff. Your Newest Coming Member of the...
Read moreDon't buy jewelry here unless you want to be hyper vigilant about your warranty and what they tell you.
My husband custom designed my engagement ring here (and that's a neat thing to be able to do, hence 2 stars instead of 1), and I picked out and purchased a wedding band and diamond earrings. For about a year, I'd been bringing them in to get cleaned and inspected/have the paperwork updated regularly; you have to bring them in at least every 6 months for the warranty to be valid. In August we come back to purchase another piece, and a salesperson informs us that my jewelry had NEVER been inspected. I couldn't believe it, but had her inspect them and update our paperwork.
Fast forward 3 months, and a diamond falls out of my wedding band (which I've only been wearing for a year). I bring it in, and again they tell me it was never inspected, that there was no record of it in the computer. They also ask me why I have two separate warranty numbers for my engagement setting. They never admitted it, but it sounds like they'd stamped the wrong paperwork and blamed me. They told me we must've returned and re-bought the custom engagement setting (which my husband did not do). After having to throw a fit, they agree to fix the ring, but the manager makes sure I know this is "out of [his] pocket."
When I come back to pick up the ring, I bring all my pieces in to be inspected again to be sure all the paperwork was fixed. I had to ask THREE TIMES for it to be done. The clerk handed me back my earrings in a bag without updating the paperwork, even though I watched her inspect them.
So, all I can think is either they try and scam you out of your warranty on purpose, or they're incredibly forgetful. Either way...I don't recommend them (not to mention it only took a year for a diamond to pop out...
