I ordered delivery using the SUBWAY APP. I never received my food. This Subway store on Denton Tapp in Coppell, TX cancelled the order(sent email verification of cancellation) and said money will be refunded. Never received refund and was then told it was Door Dash's responsibilty to refund(I didn't order through Door Dash so there was no way for me to know who Subway uses for deliveries). Door Dash said NO, I didn't pay them, I paid Subway. Called the store again and was told to come to the store because the manager was not coming to the phone(was expecting a call from the manager for a few days). So I dropped my trailer and went to the location. Young lady who said she is the manager had a bad attitude from the moment I told her who I am. She reluctantly agreed to remake my order($30.41) worth of food. Sandwiches were made and wrapped then she said the owner said no to correcting their screw up and they would be out of the money if they replaced my food.(sandwiches were already made). And even though Subway contracts with Door Dash they will not call them(I should). I didn't contact Door Dash to order! Today is 12/16/21. The original order was on 12/9/21. I'm still trying to get my money from these people. I called corporate and was told to dispute through my bank but was unable to speak directly to a dispute rep with Subway. What kind of heist...
Read moreIf I could give this location a 0 star I would. I ordered a 6in tuna on with Italian herb cheese toasted. The "manager" proceeds to make my tuna sandwich without toasting the bread. So I say to him "I wanted it toasted" he says "that we always toast the sandwiches at the end, we do it in a specific order". I say I have never went into a subway and asked for a tuna sub and they toasted my tuna too. So he begins to go back and forward with me saying I never asked for it to be toasted. Which was a lie, so he stops making my sandwich and begins making someone else's sandwich. Another gentleman comes from the back and says he'll finish my sandwich and I say "Thank You". Then the "manager" proceeds to argue with me again about my toasted bread. He lets me know that he's a manager as if I asked him that or as if it really means something. Whoever the manager on duty on 2/3/25 at around 2:40pm needs better training on customer service. The black guy with dreads to be exact. To my surprise I get home to eat my sandwich and my bread is hard as a rock!! It was totally inedible, my bread was harder than a bag of stale kettle chips. I know he did this on purpose, this is the worse experience I have ever had with subway. I will never ever return to this location, I don't care how close it...
Read moreThe two young ladies attending the store were distracted with conversing with one another, horse playing, on their phones, screaming and playing around rather than attending to the store and customers. They were so distracted they put olives on my sandwich that I did not request. The shelf for chips only had 7 bags of chips in two flavors. There was not any sweet tea and I was told by one off the young ladies, "they don't make tea on Saturday and Sunday." These two hung out with two visitors who were not customers for the entire duration of my dining experience. I have to tell you I've had better customer service and dining experiences in less desirable neighborhoods. The franchisee should be ashamed to have these two employees attending to this store....
