NEVER treated more poorly! Had a wonderful experience shopping on a Friday bought three dresses and did not have time to try them on. Was never informed about a store credit policy, nor was it posted visibly anywhere. They happily took my $500 plus purchase but won’t refund $170. They refused to give me a refund, and I refuse to ever step foot to use the store credit! If you are over 30, this is not the place to shop. I was humiliated by the young sales person who proceeded to laugh at me, but told her BOSS on the phone-she was crying while really she was snickering. Whatever happened to the customer is always right. The only way local businesses can thrive is to standby their community. I don’t appreciate your defamation of my character. Process the REFUND PLEASE.. If I don’t hear back from you today regarding this refund, I will call the Better Business Bureau and escalate my complaint. I've requested a refund several times for an order that never arrived and of which I've heard nothing. The treatment has been terrible, but they take the money from the very beginning. Don't make any online purchases because they steal your money and you won't receive the order or a response from them... I will take legal action.
