Charlotte Russe — Local services in Coral Springs

Long..... time many..... pairs of shoes customer (not a negative review writer NORMALLY) but this my Friend on 3/10/20 was by far 1 of the worst customer service experiences. Wanting to address the manager by her name then to let corporate know she lied refused providing me her first name. All I asked for nicely was assistance in purchasing a pair of shoes turned into lies and refusals; she did not want to be bothered in doing her job. Love Charlotte Russe in the past but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth will try to avoid shopping at this location. Very disappointed all my years of shopping this is first review at one of my favorite stores over asking for some "customer service". ps would not do a star exception to...

Let me preface this with I’m not a regular shopper of this store. Christmas shopping at local mall and see this store and end up buying 3 bodysuit shirts for $25. When I try to return them, they do not offer refunds just exchanges and store credit. Fine, I’ll take store credit, but manager is needed. She then very nicely tells me that I need to make sure I like what I buy because they frown upon store credit/returns. Keep in mind the dressing rooms are closed with a sign on the close sign that states do not try on clothes on the sales floor. Who does this in 2024??...

DO NOT SHOP HERE at CORAL SPRINGS !!! I just went in here yesterday 9/02/2021 they have new owners and quality of clothes is extremely cheap from China. They have fitting rooms closed and you can’t try on the clothes outside the fitting room such as a sweater . The cashier came over to tell me not to try the sweater . I told her I won’t be shopping there anymore if I can’t try then I won’t buy. They are rude and have no class. Meanwhile great stores like Pacsun etc allow you to use the fitting room . Charlotte Russe is nasty and cheap clothes smell...
