I hadn’t gone shopping for jeans in about 12-15 years, and I was pretty nervous going in because I had no idea what styles would be available much less what would look cute on me. A sales associate named Sarah came over to help, and OMG she’s amazing!!! She made the experience really fun, and I wound up with a whole new wardrobe of great jeans, pants, tops, and even a dress that fit perfectly and look great! It was like going shopping with my best friend from high school 25 years ago. Sarah is an absolute gem of a girl, and her fashion sense is impeccable - she understands exactly what the customer wants and needs, and goes above and beyond. It was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a clothing store, including having a personal shopper at Saks back when I lived in New Orleans. To Sarah: THANK YOU! You rock! I assumed I can go in and pick up my order, I went in the next day. One of the employee said he could not locate my order and said in a unprofessional tone “Well, I don’t know what you want me to do, your order is not here”
The manager stepped in and requested I wait for an email confirmation. She explained one out the four items they did not have in stock. They didn’t have a belt in stock. I cannot wear a mask for personal health reasons and I felt I was being DISCRIMINATED against at your store on Sunday 5/23 around 1pm, when I was YELLED at by your associate that I cannot enter your store unless I was wearing a mask.
