Im disappointed with the service. For $10.70 which to the unfortunate is too much to pay I bought a single Stig from this store to help ease me off my Tobacco addiction. The very next day I had to come back to the store because the pod leaked out all over the battery and shorted it out. I was unaware of the problem because no actual liquid leaked out since it was well sealed but every time I went to hit it, the light would just blink. I’m new to Stig and didn’t know I could pop the battery and optimizer out in order to check it out. I came back to the store the next day to explain the situation and that’s when an employee opened up the device and brought to my attention that the leak may have effected the battery. I’m simply a customer and paying for something, I would expect the product to work as advertised. The employee called the store manager who was off duty to request if he could swap it out with a working product since this is obviously a manufacturing problem. I was told that because I didn’t bring in the device the same day I cannot get a replacement or a refund. Now for customers who may be hesitant to switching to a alternative for tobacco and isn’t quite sure what to use I advise to beware when shopping at Grateful J’s because I was not warned of this problem which after the fact I’m also now told by Grateful J’s is a frequent one. Beware because instead of a new device you may be paying the price for a manufacturer’s defected device. Will I go back to cigarettes most likely since they don’t come defected. Will I shop at Grateful J’s for alternative products? Most likely not if...

All the ejuice they sell is only for high wattage tank / rda setups. Reason: All of their ejuice is at least 70% VG, which is not ex smoker friendly. Products also have high profit margin here, which is understandable for supporting the store. If I wanted something cheaper, i'd go online anyways.
