Macy's — Local services in Coral Springs

I spend a lot of money at Macy’s online and in store. Today I went to bring in two rings for sizing, that were purchased online. Beverly at the counter was rather loaded. She called a manager. The manager didn’t even say more than 3 words. Both were completely unhelpful. I ended up just grabbing my rings and going somewhere else. I learned that Kay jewelers will size rings outside of the K jeweler company. They can also offer you warranties to buy on these rings as well. Also, Kay’s was so extremely helpful if there’s something I see at Macy’s from a certain collection, Kay jewelers can order it and also beat the price of Macy’s. I would recommend all customers that are shopping jewelry to shop at Kay’s. Clearly these people Had no intentions in helping me. They were rude less than helpful. I also saw a pair of Effy earrings that I was going to purchase I decided not to Kay’s was able to order the Effy earrings for me and meet the price at Macy’s for selling them for. Don’t give money to stores that don’t want to give you any service or help. It was disgusting to see that Macy’s was less than helpful when I purchased the ring from them. I had no problem spending money for the sizing. They made this process so difficult that I ended up just walking out. I will be buying jewelry from other people. I will never buy it...

Walked into Macys at 7:30 to buy a sectional prior to sale ending today. I saw Leighton Foster helping someone at the desk while waiting for someone to approach my family. A girl approached me at 7:48 to say that the store will be closing and I stated I’m waiting to be helped to buy this sectional prior to sale ending today. She told me go to the guy in the red. I went to him and he brushed me off and said it’s too late. I stated as a consumer I followed all rules and came in prior to closing and waited to be helped but still had to come find help, but it’s funny how someone found me to tell me they were closing. But to take my business (I already came in knowing what I wanted to buy, no one had to sell me on it) something pretty simple, I even explained this and he still said it’s too late and walked away for a u-boat to help the customer take out furniture. Which I thought you had to pay shipping and delivery… when a sale was right there. He didn’t even go about it in a nice way to make me understand. All these stores closing in the mall yet he let $3000 sectional purchase go through this and didn’t get to buy. Smh the industry service/sales we...

The best shopping for me has always been at Macy's In NYC. When I was little, we shopped a lot at Macy's. Though as I grew up into a teenager I also shopped at B.Altman & Co. but they are not around anymore. But, Macy's is still here, and to this day, I love it even more. For their clothes, purses, handbags, wallets, lingerie, housewares, dishes, etc. Macy's has everything, even beautiful jewelry. Fine jewelry and costume jewelry, this is the best place to buy everything that you need. Enjoy! I love the Macy's off of Broward Blvd and University Drive; as well as the Macy's at Atlantic Avenue and University Drive. Both Malls all have great stores within their particular Mall. Enjoy going through each particular Mall and not only is it a great exercise, but you will love so many things about each Mall, each Macy's, and all of the great individual stores in each Mall. Please have a Wonderful Time. To me, it was like walking in NYC up and down Madison Avenue 👍 and walking up and down Fifth Avenue in NYC. But, since I am living in South Florida now, this is just as nice. I miss NYC, but, South Florida is...
