My worst experience ever, shopping at Madrag clothing stores. This Spanish looking employee who claims she is the manager need to revisit what it means to provide customers with good customer service. I bought an item and the price was not visible on the item, the price advertised on the top of the rack, is not what I was charged after paying with cash, I check my receipt and realized that the price at the top of the rack is not what I was charged so I asked for a refund and she refused and walked away pointing to a sign by the register, I then mentioned that I just bought the item and I am still in the store. I didn't go anywhere, she kept walking without acknowledging me.
