My worst experience ever, shopping at Madrag clothing stores. This Spanish looking employee who claims she is the manager need to revisit what it means to provide customers with good customer service. I bought an item and the price was not visible on the item, the price advertised on the top of the rack, is not what I was charged after paying with cash, I check my receipt and realized that the price at the top of the rack is not what I was charged so I asked for a refund and she refused and walked away pointing to a sign by the register, I then mentioned that I just bought the item and I am still in the store. I didn't go anywhere, she kept walking without acknowledging me. It was not until I started talking loud enough for her to hear me she return yelling, I am going to call the security, to her surprise the security refused to come to the store. I purchased three items asked a young lady that checked me out if I can return any item, and she said yes before 14 days. Two days later I go back because one of the items I bought it had a hole when sewed manufacture missed a part. When I spoke to the manager, the manager said to me, sorry we cannot refund you I replied I don’t want a refund I just want to exchange the item for the same one except one that sewed correctly He said no, he could not refund me nor exchange the item because I had already taken it home. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was in yesterday buying someone 1 pack of panties. I was told I had 14 days to return the only item i was buying. They were the wrong size, so I returned less than 24 hours to exchange them. I was informed that I needed to keep them because exchanges aren't allowed. The cashier yesterday DID NOT tell me there weren't any exchanges on these items before I purchased it. They should post signs saying all sales are final when you leave the store, no matter what the cashier or receipt tells you.
