Went here today to buy some gifts for my partner, I was immediately greeted as I walked in by a man who was tall, he was pretty nice and asked me what I was shopping for. I responded saying āgifts for my partnerā (weāre both women) and he gave me a little bit of an odd/ confused look and suggested mens body care sets, I just responded saying I didnāt need help. I continue shopping alone (how I prefer to shop) and was greeted by another woman a couple minutes later. I was looking at the panties table and had the XS/ S drawer open in front of me, because that is the size my partner is. Iām a medium/ sometimes large at VS, and I was wearing a baggy hoodie and loose sweatpants. The woman (shorter, brown hair in ponytail, glasses, older) doesnāt ask me what Iām shopping for, she just tells me that āthatās the XS drawerā and I quickly responded saying āI know, Iām shopping for my partnerā I felt very judged and uncomfortable. I try to brush it off because maybe she meant to point it out because she thought I didnāt notice, and the drawer was very messy so she may have assumed I thought more sizes were in there, I donāt know her logic. It felt very shameful and degrading for her to comment like that. Later I needed assistance getting something off of a mannequin, so I asked her while she was behind the cash register, and she told me the man would help me, but he was a couple feet away helping someone else. I told her heās assisting another customer and she just said āwell I canāt help youā she was alone behind the cash register with no line on the store iPad. I Waited for the man to be done and he helped me. I would NEVER recommend for any midsize or plus size or lgbt person to go into this store because youāll be looked at like youāre a freak and be told which sections will fit you and what wonāt (even if itās a gift) on the contrary, the young pretty girl with long dark brown curly hair and shoelace belt was extremely friendly when ringing me up and made me feel welcome and comfortable. She helped me get the best deal possible with my coupons I got in the mail and suggested items for me so I could use my 25 off of 100$ coupon. She deserves a promotion and a raise!!!! The older woman needs to be retained on how to talk to people and not make...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently visited your Coral Springs, Florida store to exchange a gift. Since I didnāt have a receipt, I asked an associate about the exchange process and directed me to the cashiers, stating they would need to check the productās price to process the exchange.
After waiting in line, it was finally my turn. Unfortunately, the cashier who assisted me displayed no customer service skills ā no greeting, no welcome, not even a simple ānext.ā Instead, she signaled for me to approach the counter with her hand. After scanning the item, she curtly stated the exchange value and informed me that store credit could not be issued after I asked. Due to her unprofessional attitude, I checked your website for your return policy. Nowhere does it state that merchandise credit cannot be issued in-store.
I went ahead and selected an item I believed was on sale based on the location of the sale sign. The signage was misleading, but I acknowledge that I should have read the details more carefully.
When I returned to the cashier with this item, I was disappointed to encounter the same unfriendly employee. The price of the item was not what I thought so I asked about the return policy again, explaining that the website does not mention any restrictions on issuing store credit. With an attitude and dismissive gestures, she repeatedly insisted that their store (Coral Springs) does not provide store credit.
This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Iāve noticed that other customers have raised similar complaints about customer service issues, yet the problem seems to persist. Because of this ongoing issue and the poor treatment I experienced, I will no longer shop at Victoriaās Secret or any affiliated stores. I will also encourage my family members to take their business elsewhere, as this type of behavior does not deserve our support. I have been a loyal Victoriaās Secret customer for over 20 years, I had always trusted your brand. However, my loyalty has ended due to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am really starting to despise going to the Coral Springs Mall. I was in a hurry to get some new underwear for my daughter for her trip tomorrow. I had actually tried to buy her some things a few weeks ago but we waited at the dressing room for someone to come and measure her and no one ever showed up so I left in frustration. This time I really needed to make the purchase. Karen helped me and she was very nice and showed me what I needed. Then I got to the line. Why is the line always an hour wait in this store? Their stuff is expensive, you shouldn't be tortured by having to wait forever in line too. I spent $125 on two bras and five underpants. That's a lot of dough. While I waited the two cashiers were huddled over the credit card machine for an eternity. Every so often another cashier would pluck a person off the line to go to the back register. He wasted so much time walking back over after every customer. I spoke to the manager about the situation. I asked her if she ever read the reviews about her store and she told me no and I said well you really ought to, no one is happy here. She explained that she put a new girl on the register so I suggested that she should jump on a register to clear the line. She insisted she was needed on the floor to work security. Put the new girl on the floor and train her when it's not so busy, she was clearly stressed. My cashier told me he had read the reviews and understood my frustration. At least he was honest about the mess the store is in. I hope somebody in corporate reads this and gets someone in who knows how to staff...
