Do Not Go Here! Let me tell yall about this place. So my initial visit to Amans i was greeted by who I can only assume was the manager. She is an older woman, but i explained that i needed a diamond replaced and one reattached because they had fallen out, i also asked if they could tighten down all the rest to prevent anymore from falling out. The lady i spoke to immediately questioned the validity of my ring saying "those are fake diamonds in your ring right, we dont work with those", I told her it was indeed real diamonds in my ring to which she responds "my jeweler will tell me". I considered walking out at that point and i wish i would've. After it was decided the diamonds were in fact real the jewler offered to fix my ring for $150, he explained that he would need to charge a bit extra because he would have to remove the pearl from the center before he could fix it. When I was relaxed about the price that same rude woman said we'll it will be an extra $50 for the diamond that needs to be replaced. I was annoyed but I agreed, I just wanted my engagement ring fixed.. so she told me they would call me when my ring was ready. So after waiting a week I called to see if it was ready, to which I was told it had been ready for multiple days. So I went to pick up my ring and it was messed up, the pearl was peeling, there were burn marks on the metal, the prong that was replaced was bigger and a different color metal. I already paid but I pointed out all the issues to a young man who worked there and he apologized multiple times and said he would make sure it was fixed. Again I was told they would call me when it was ready. No phone call again. When I went to pick it up my pearl wasn't pealing, but the prong was now just folded down and in the place of one of the diamonds and since I already paid, its oh well... I just took my ring and left. The second day I wore my ring two more diamonds fell out of it, i had to take it to another jewler to be fixed correctly. This place is absolute garbage. I will never use their service again, and am in the process of reporting them the the Better Business Bureau, and the attorney generals consumer protection. I wish I would've read through the other reviews and not just based it off the stars. This business shouldn't even be in operation anymore and I am going to make sure they are held accountable for...

I would not reccomend anyone purchase anything from these people. Usually we try to buy local but this was a nightmare. I also, understand a "No Refund" policy but when you provide unprofessionally poor customer service and jewelry that falls apart (literally) days after wearing it; not only that but when given chances to fix problems the jewelry should have never had upon just purchasing, the jewelry develops MORE problems (and visible damage), I would think perhaps a refund would be acceptable. I can not believe the embarrassment my fiance has gone through with this ring (he proposed with!) And not only poor craftsmanship but absolute refusal of making it right by giving a full refund due to lack of ability to properly fix a ring. They have no others like it, we tried asking. We have left it for only more gems to fall out/go missing/needing to wait for replacement WHILE IN THEIR POSSESSION. They have mangled a new band and Frankensteined it together to prevent further losses of gemstones due to their poor quality. I still do not have the ring in my possession because it's always at the shop. I would be ashamed to label myself the owner of this place. I saw a lady fixing a Display and ask about fixing a citizen watch and she said we'll ship it for you to get repaired and the shipping is free and if you don't want it fixed it's 10 dollars. I said ok handed my watch over she took all the information name ,address, phone number. As we talked I ask about watches she said we have some nice looking military watches and let me tell you WOW ! I fell in love with a black military watch and for the price I'd buy it in a heart beat . Not because it was nice.but because to the costume service she gave me excellent service, I'm getting my watch fixed that my sister gave me and passing to my son Tony .I know my sisters would have loved that knowing he got the watch they bought me a long time ago ,I wish they were alive to see this happen but I know in my heart they would agree with my choice who gets it .then I'll go by me a military watch from the same lady who help me . If you go there I know you will love the costume service from her and probably from the other people working there .I feel better myself knowing my son has the watch from my sister also.
