06/24 In Addition to the 1year ago review, the jewelry purchased had a small breakage shortly after. Forcing me to bring it back for repairs. I must express that it was very quick and amazing Customer Service. The jewelry was reviewed to be fixed and with no further questions they sent it to get it done. Once ready they called so I could pick up the jewelry. Which was put together beautifully. Again, they won my heart and will continue to shop with them. The process to return damaged or enhancement jewelry was a complete success. Guadalupe she continues with great customer service, as well as very knowledgeable on the process to assist with options of coverage and services. I suggest you visit this Jewelry Store soon and ask for Guadalupe who will answer and find the right price, style, color, size of jewelry for the very next fine person in your life.
12/23 While Christmas shopping I met with a salesperson. The most outstanding person which showed me how to start trusting a jeweler again. She was knowledgeable about the quality and mostly found time to even test the diamonds. I really felt discouraged by my past experiences, but after meeting such genuine sales Lady I can identify her as Guadalupe.    Read moreMy now-husband and I had such a great, awesome experience finding my engagement ring and his wedding band here. We started here and then came back after a few stores because we were just so in love with our rings and the service/vibes we experienced at Paramount.
Unfortunately, after only a month of wearing it, my husband dropped his ring on the tile floor and it cracked in half down the middle. We called Paramount about what we could do and they told us they can't repair it and since we don't have a warranty there's nothing they could do for us. They verbatim said, "Your only choice is to buy another one." I understand the warranty situation, but after paying so much money for his ring that was supposedly indestructible tungsten, they offered zero help. It's unfortunate that after paying so much and investing so much in their company they were unable to assist us in any meaningful ways. We feel jilted and cheated and now I'm worried about my engagement ring falling apart someday soon.
Update: My husband called again to see if they could offer the name of the company that made the ring and Paramount offered to replace the ring free of charge. He spoke to Anna and she was very helpful in rectifying the situation. We're very grateful to her for finding a solution and turning a disheartening situation into a hopeful one.    Read moreI am very disappointed in paramount. An engagement ring I purchased fell apart . When I spoke to sales rep. She explained to me that the employee that sold me the ring should not have downsized the ring because it was an sold to me as a 7 and downsized to a 4.5 which puts stress on the mount and shanks or whatever. She explained to me that the employee should have ordered a ring special order. Those are things I did not know. I trusted y'all with a ring that means a lot to myself and my fiancee. I don't understand how this can not be made right by paramount when everything was handled by y'all. Your employee sold me a ring improperly. The person that downsized the ring should of caught that and raised a red flag on that instead of going through with the downsize. We could have lost the stone. We were very lucky we didn't. Everything was done wrong by paramount and now I have to come out of pocket . How is this right. I'm so frustrated, aggravated and so done with y'all. We are taking the ring you SABOTAGED and we are going to entrust another jeweler the opportunity to make right what y'all destroyed for us. Thank you Annabelle for trying to help us. Thank you for updating us with your phone calls but if your upper management doesn't even see the wrong in this, we are through with Paramount.
