The stuff inside is awesome for sure. My only complaint the employees. I went to the register to purchase this necklace for my husband. Once I was there my total was $23.62 (I believe, don’t remember the exact charge). I thought it was normal to be able to give cash change and the rest on the card. I’ve done it in several places with no problem. But the young lady in the register didn’t know how to do that and called her manager. I even explained to her yeah other places take that type of payment. Her manager comes and she’s sounds confused by the request. When she was setting it up I didn’t notice right away that there was a sign that says 4% credit card fee charge. Which I was surprised. I wanted to use my card after giving change but once I saw that I changed my mind. My husband left his wallet in the card which had the cash change. So I told them about it. And the manager looked annoyed. I understand it is frustrating to change something last minute. I wasn’t giving them attitude at all. Once my husband came back to get the wallet I gave the exact change and said thank you. Then I heard the manager say basically in my face saying “I’m not in the mood for this..” basically talking shit about me. Even though I didn’t give them attitude and I still gave the exact change at the end. Shitty...

The manager at the front—along with her two young employees—displayed openly racist behavior toward my brother during our family vacation. While simply browsing with his hands in his pockets, the manager approached him and asked, “Are you on vacation?” When he replied, “Yes,” she followed with, “Well, let’s not ruin it,” implying he was stealing. She then instructed her staff to “keep an eye on him,” which they did the entire time, making our visit extremely uncomfortable.

When we confronted her about her comments, she denied it, became defensive, and ultimately asked us to leave. On our way out, she mocked my brother with the remark, “Went to go cry to your mommy,” and even followed us outside recording us on her phone. The behavior from both her and her staff was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and racially charged.

To make matters worse, the merchandise in this store is cheap and grossly overpriced. Combine that with toxic, discriminatory treatment, and it’s clear this business doesn’t deserve anyone’s support.

Such a weird and uncomfortable gift shop, it’s a shame it’s in a beautiful area where all the tourists attractions are. The customer service is the worst, there’s this one white tall guy and he seemed so pissed for doing his job, he just kept moving and organizing stuff and mumbling “are you f-ing kidding me” making everyone super uncomfortable. This old lady (which I found out she’s the manager) that works there is creepy, she’ll stare at you and even stand next to you while your shopping and the other employees love to cuss out loud and do anything but their job. The prices are a absolute scam, save your money and shop somewhere else, there’s so many gift shops around the area with better prices and better potential than whatever this place is, judging by reading the other reviews I hope this place goes out of business one day.
