Watergarden — Attraction in Corpus Christi

In years past it was one of the coolest places to hang out with my friends and family members. Playing in the grass circle in the middle was always fun. What always amazed me was how the water and how it flowed down to the bottom. I hadn't been here in a while, so I was a little surprised when I was told that it was dried and that there was not water. That was back in May earlier this year . When I got the chance today I and stopped by. When I saw this place it sadden me a little to see it in this state. I hope there are plans to get it...

The Watergarden is located in the center of Corpus Christi’s arts, cultural and science museums.

It is FREE to the public and open 6a to 10pm.

The entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible. There is handicap parking nearby.

They turned the water back on so the wife and I took the motorcycle down there one evening and checked it out! It was dusk so we saw it come alive with lights flickering it was pretty impressive. Also a night ride of lighted bikes was leaving and they did a lap around the water garden on the way out it was pretty neat! Totally recommend this...
