Quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever had. Any where. We'd been in to shop the day before and my son made a separate purchase of some swim trunks that were, unfortunately, not the right size. He lost his receipt and did not want to go in and try to explain. He paid 27.99 for these trunks. We were leaving the next day so I told my husband to stop in and I'd go in and explain the situation. 2 ladies, for lack of a better term, were folding t-shirts behind the counter. No "Hello". No "Good morning. Can we help you?". Nothing. I stood there for about 30 seconds in full view and finally said " Excuse me". One of them walked over and I began to explain what had happened. She looked at the other, obviously older woman, who came over and said "We don't do returns without a receipt." and then hollered over at the henna girl "Hey, [insert name], do you remember this lady from yesterday?". I explained that I didn't want any money back only to exchange the item, which had a very obvious store tag from their store will on it, for something that actually fit. She pointed at the wall and said "they're over there". Well, I knew where they were..., we'd been in there the day before. I walked over to the wall with the 75 million pairs of swim trunks and began to look around. After about 10 minutes I went back up and asked her if there was any specific place I could find the size I was looking for and she again said "they're over there". Not "Alright. What size are you looking for let me see if I can help you find something", nothing. At that point I was frustrated, there were no other customers in their store so I said "I don't have the time for this. Keep them.".To which she, of course, had no response.
I'm sorry I bothered you at your flippin" "job" where I can only assume they pay you to fold shirts and nothing else. I'll amend my opening statement to "the worst customer service I've ever had".
Overpriced. Low...
Read moreIf you go to the shop that have Military memorabilia PLEASE BE EXTRA CAREFUL with the old and racist foreign lady that is over charging you!!!Don't buy there but if you do, please add your items before you get to the cashier add the tax 8.25% so she won't overcharge you!! She is the owner and she will over charge you FOR SURE! Also they are very racist, we were at the shop and the owners arrived, and the old guy started bullied the girl that was at the cashier, calling her names and saying bad stuff about mexican people. like they were monkeys and stuff, a lady in the back heard them and confront them, and they said it was ok because they are originally from Siria and the girl lived in Mexico for a while. They were very disrespectful!! Also we heard her saying all the black people steal. So racist!! Besides that the old foreign lady doesn't give you the recipe, she's rude with black people, if you ask for clarification, she's gonna show you the recipe, without taxes, and because she's doing it manually she will add you extra before she starts, then cut the recipe and show you what she wants! That old racist foreign lady is super tricky and play games! Is the shop with the military memorabilia. Please keep this in mind! The owners are racist and...
Read moreThis beach will always be a special place because last year my husband proposed to me on it while we were watching the sunrise. The views are really wonderful. You can see the USS Lexington in the water which makes a great backdrop for pictures. It is easy to drive to. I am not sure about parking. We stayed at the Days Inn and walked down to the beach. There are lots of other hotels along the beach you can stay at. The only thing I did not like was the amount of jellyfish. I don't know if it was the time of year (late July) or what but they were all over the place. We didn't even get in the water because of that. It was a nice place to just stroll along the sand. It was tricky to keep and eye on my kids to make sure they weren't stepping on the jellyfish though. When we were there it was not...
