DO NOT GO HERE. They will bait and switch. I have spent OVER $1000 on products here in the last three months. I save my loyalty punch card and buy 4 Mr. Fog products at once , always having the 25% off saved for buying more than my usual 2.

I checked my transactions and they have in the past done the 25% off of the purchase of the four at once , but today they said “that’s not how it works “ and wanted to charge me $96.

(Previously it had been about $75)

You have to get 8 signatures /initials /punches to get the 25% off. Then when you spend all that money on earning the punches , they say “oh well we usually give you a discount when you’re buying less, so when you use your punch card we have to charge ‘full price ‘ “.

This is classic bait and switch technique, and it is NOT ethical at all.

Also … they are SUPER nice when you’re spending money in their store , but when you question the change of the price and rewards , they are NOT NICE.

I will be following up with the BBB and telling anyone and everyone I know to never go here.

Absolutely the best! I recently quit smoking, and decided to start vaping instead. Mohamed is pretty much always there when I am, and I am so glad! I am very indecisive, and he always recommends the best flavors for the Mr. Fog Switch I have been using recently. They last about 4-5 days on average. He explained to me how the device worked, how to re-charge it, and what to look for when the device was running out of charge/juice. There are also two younger gentleman that I see there quite often. They are also equally knowledgeable. Everyone here is very patient and kind. I really appreciate the convenient location, their extensive knowledge of products, selection, and continued excellent customer service. Every time I have asked (even really dumb) questions, they are happy to answer and explain every detail. I have to say...I did grow up in smoke shops due to my father working in them, and I have never been treated so well. Oftentimes when I visit a smoke shop, I am treated curtly and people are short because of my gender. However, I feel very comfortable and at ease at this location. I highly recommend them to anyone who is starting vaping, or is a regular tobacco consumer. Also, Mohamed probably doesn't remember this, but he did go above and beyond expectations in finding me a carton of my (pretty rare) preferred cigarette brand when I was still smoking cigarettes. Someone stole my vape (mod, battery, tank and remaining juice), and it was 6pm on dreary Sunday night, and we had planned to settle down for the rest of the evening. I needed to find replacements, but most shops were already closed. I was working down the call list of open from closest to furthest distance. After around 6 calls where the person answering told me that they didn't have what I was looking for, I tried CG Tobacco & Vape, who was open until 9pm. Joshua answered, and after telling him what I wanted, he said that he had plenty, and plenty of options. When I arrived I reminded him of the conversation around 15 minutes ago, and he remembered, bringing out all of the options that would suit me best. Within minutes, I had a fresh battery in the mod, juice on fresh coils and it was paid for. The prices were what I expected, the service was amazing and I like the new setup way better than the previous. If a manager at the store reads this, I don't know what you currently pay him, but he is knowledgeable about the products (you don't find that too often these days), and very helpful. You would have my blessings to give him a raise! And to whomever owns the store...you have one of the best selections I have...

Went in to this shop--and had a $1 OFF coupon, from my pack of American Spirits. They told me they could not honor the coupon because the expiration date was 04/2024. The problem is--I purchased the pack, from which I got that coupon...THREE DAYS PRIOR. Why are they selling packs of cigarettes that have coupons that expired 4 months ago?!?!

This shop is selling products that are OLD--which they probably purchased at a highly discounted price-- and they are unwilling to honor the manufacturer coupon for $1 off, because it's beyond the expiration date.
