Sitting in the parking lot as I write this. Shirley was extremely rude. My INFANT started crying while we were next in line. Babies cry. He was good the entire time we were there and we were about to check out. I walk up and say hello and Shirley glares at me and scoffs. I said hello again because I didn’t know if she didn’t hear me and I didn’t want to seem rude. She rang up my 3 items in silence. Turns to me in silence to which I asked for the total, then asked for the Wednesday healthcare worker discount. She scoffed at that request. She asks if I want to round up to donate and SCOFFED AGAIN when I declined. I said “have a wonderful day maam” which she again ignored. Then was cheery with the next person. I can only imagine Shirley does not have many wonderful days with this attitude, I truly hope her day...

I've never felt so uncomfortable in all of my shopping experiences b4, Im. Actually typing this In the parking lot, me and my wife saw a goodwill sign across the street from where we where atm we decided let's check out this thrift store and whispering and giggling and non stop flowing us and going up to other employees and pointing at my girl and whispering just made us feel way uncomfortable I said if you need me ill be In the truck I'm good here I don't like being pointed at and owed like as if I've done somthing wrong or my girl looks different I don't know what was so funny but I will not return to this goodwill again, it sux I had to leave my wife in the store alone without me but probably best if I sat in the truck they made me feel like we don't belong in...

Carrie and Tom are incredible workers!! We had the best experience today. We went in looking for furniture on a budget to set up a "boho plant room." We saw a couch that immediately caught our eye. Carrie was walking by to use the restroom and stopped to inform us that it was all half off. She went out of her way to make sure we got all of the items we wanted, for the best price and kept a smile on her face. Tom helped us in the loading area and absolutely impressed us both. His good attitude and kind heart was exactly what people need.

I will forever love this store. So clean, and so open. The manager was amazing and everyone who helped had a positive attitude.
