Order was placed August 29th: Absolutely horrible! I placed an online order at 5:15 when I know the store was open it confirmed my order and told me the order would be delivered by 5:43 it's now 7:06 and I have not yet received my order. I called once when my order was 30 minutes late and was told it would be there by 6:38. Now when I call the store, the lady tells me the store is closed for maintenance... They should never have taken my money if the store was closed for maintenance. Also if that's true then their pizza tracker is bogus because it had my order listed as in the oven....Screw Pizza Hut!
Edit: As of Wednesday September 4th, I still haven't been refunded my $42.49, the money I spent on two pizzas and a delivery fee. I was told that night on the phone my money would be reimbursed.
Edit 2: As of Thursday September 19 I have responded to Pizza Hut's response by sending the requested information via the email provided. To this day I have yet to hear back from them or receive my refund for the Pizza I never received. If this ever changes I will update. For now I definitely would not...
Read moreWhen we first moved to Cottage Grove we were excited that we actually had a Pizza Hut and it WAS ACTUALLY good. The last 3 orders we placed had missing/wrong items. This time topped the cake. We did pick up. My fiancée got there and watched a worker place our order in the warmer and then claim they couldn't find it. They got the manager and finally after 15 minutes found our order where she had placed it 15 minutes ago. Then they couldn't find the $15 credit from our previous order. Finally after 30 minutes after the pick up time promised we got our pizza home. One of the pizzas was missing a topping and the other was missing the "extra" of the topping ordered and paid for. When we called back they ran out of one of the OTHER toppings ordered on the originally messed up pizza. They offered to "credit" our account AGAIN. Honestly, after the "credit" that we have( that our daughter and MIL will use cause it's free) we won't be ordering again. So dissapointing. I ordered lunch for a small business meeting a I had at my house. They claimed they had come to my house 3 times and knocked on my door and no one answered. I told the GM that couldn’t be possible as we were in the living room and would have heard someone knock. And the dogs would have barked uncontrollably until someone answered the door. Yet, the doors were completely silent. The GM told me that they called me and I didn’t answer. This is true. However, I was using the restroom when the called. So I called the store and the GM told me that if I wanted my pizza I’d have to come pick it up myself as she wouldn’t allow anyone to deliver my food to my house. So we ordered Dominos. They came and knocked on my door. I know they knocked because I heard her, my business partners heard her, my daughters heard her, and the dogs heard her.
