Pizza Ranch FunZone Arcade — Local services in Cottage Grove

The food was pretty good. The almond dessert pizza was very good. The fried chicken was the best thing.

I gave 3 stars because it was seat yourself at whatever clean table was available. There were none (only a lot of dirty ones). It was either bus your own table or wait to see if someone might come along to bus it (the group next to me had to ask twice). I ended up bussing my own table by putting its dishes on the dirty table behind me and wiping it down myself. Maybe it was a staffing issue. They should have more for dinner rush.

A few of the arcade games were down, and you had to wait forever after pushing the green help button for someone to come (which sucks when you can't buy cards at the kiosk, you can only load them after staff hands them to you). The family ahead of us at the ticket counter waited 10 minutes.

About 1/3 of the games were out of service and a couple games took points off my card but then didn't work - I could have called for an attendant but it wasn't worth it for a couple dollars. I preferred playing the crane games anyway.

You use a kiosk to exchange money for a reloadable card, which is expected in arcades these days. You swipe your card to play each game and, if you win "tickets", they are automatically saved to your card.

The prize counter is pretty good in comparison with the small size of the arcade. There was also no one else in there at the time I was, but it was around 1:30 in the afternoon on a cold, snowing weekday so I'm not surprised.

Pizza came out fast with variety. Wish they more stuff like Mac n cheese, chicken tender, pasta, lasagna, garlic bread, mozzarella stick or something relate to pizza. Also dessert too. So limited on dessert too. Men restroom need more than one stall when it comes to buffet, come on. Funzone could be bigger to make it fun. Just felt pack with 15 people in the area and need more variety.
