If I could leave 0 stars I would . My sister and I went looking and right away there was an employee but no smile or how can we help you? Just a dirty looks . So we continued looking and picked up a good number of items and while continuing to walk around and look we saw multiple employees they all just stared rudely or walked by without even trying to say excuse. She just pushed passed my sister. This new establishment should really teach humility. We dropped our stuff and walked out ....

I get the sense that dudes are not wanted there. Stopped in a couple hours ago to get my wife a gift card. Never been in an Ultra. Walked up to a counter in the middle of the floor because it looked like a checkout area. The blonde gal behind the counter shot me an unpleasant sneer and asked, "can I help you?" with a tone that screamed "what are you doing here?" The whole exchange reeked of sexism. I had my hair done at the Ulta in Cottage Grove,MN by Megan. The last person(not at Ulta) who did my hair dyed my dark after I had worked to get platinum. Megan did a fantastic job getting me blonde again(platinum will come in time), she was efficient, gave me the color and cut I wanted. She was amazing!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!
