I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Soapbox in Covington, Georgia, and I must say, it was a wonderfully rewarding experience. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the enchanting aroma of natural soaps and a visually pleasing display of vibrant colors. The store's ambiance is cozy yet sophisticated, making it the perfect place to find a special gift or simply treat yourself to some indulgent self-care products. The friendly and knowledgeable staff were eager to assist without being intrusive, providing insight into the various products and ingredients. One of the highlights of my visit was the handmade soaps, which are crafted with high-quality ingredients and infused with delightful scents that cater to all preferences. The variety available is impressive, ranging from traditional lavender and lemongrass to more exotic combinations that spark curiosity. The Soapbox also offers a range of other products, including bath bombs, lotions, and unique items that make perfect souvenirs or gifts. The attention to detail in packaging and presentation is noteworthy, adding a touch of elegance to each purchase. Overall, my visit to The Soapbox was thoroughly satisfying, and I left with not only some wonderful products but also a sense of having discovered a hidden gem in Covington. Whether you're a local or just passing through, I highly recommend stopping by The Soapbox to experience a touch of handmade luxury. You won’t be disappointed!

What a cute, fun shop. They have a great selection. The service was great. I asked for help finding a scent and she let me smell some of the fragrances and she made two body mists while I waited.

The lady at the counter was so nice and it was such a great shop with so many pretty and nice-smelling things. I got a little bottle of bubble bath (Sweet Caroline).

I went to the Soap Box of Covington two weeks ago. I purchased several items, one of which was the African Black soap. I’ve used it every day and I’m quite pleased with the results. I liked it so much I ordered two more bottles. I have used countless facial cleansers over the years; but never black soap. I was always skeptical for whatever reason; but I have to admit, the result was a pleasant surprise. What really sold me on the products is the great customer service. When I visited the store, the associates greeted me immediately, invited me to look around, answering questions I had, and gave suggestions when I was unsure what to buy. There are so many products available it was overwhelming! After I left, tried to call the store, but was cut off several times. What I didn’t know was that the women in the store were answering my calls but could not connect with me. When they noticed my number over and over, they told the owner and she called me from her home to help with what I needed. No one does that anymore, great customer service is an exception not the rule. If they didn’t have so many nice products I would shop there again for that reason alone. My husband even bought items he’s actually using. That’s a major plus because things usually sit in the “all the other stuff I bought but never use pile.” I want to say a big “thank you” to every one at the Soap Box of Covington. I was in town for my birthday. My visit there and the kind treatment I received made the trip a memorable one. I recommend this store and will order...

ONE star is too many for this place! Don’t buy anything from this soap shop! First of all, the products are mediocre and are NOT cheap. I ordered 10 items online and asked for few wrapping papers and 3 bags to ship along with the items so that I can put the products in the bag and give it to friends. They provided the wrapping papers and bags with the items when I purchased in the store previously. It turned out the wrapping papers and bags were not in the shipment. I called and spoke with Amber. Amber dropped the ball. She refused to send me the papers and bags via mail because of extra cost for them. There wouldn’t be an extra shipping cost if she ships everything with the items at the first place). She told me that she would ask the owner and get back to me. I had never received the call. Amber made the mistake and still don’t know how to make it right. And the owner is cheap and ignorant. Bad customer service and inconsiderate dumb owner! They can’t think and understand that I would advertise their products when I give the products (with their store logo on the bags) to my friends and family. They lost my business from now on. Buy your lotions and soaps elsewhere. I can guarantee you will get much better customer service than this...
