Soma — Local services in Cranberry Township

I visited this store today,July 23rd around noon,motivated by a coupon I had. However, my experience was disappointing. As a parent with a 3-month-old son, I navigated the store with a stroller, but it was extremely challenging due to the cluttered environment. There were empty boxes scattered all over the store, making it difficult for me to walk and maneuver my stroller.

What was more concerning was the lack of initiative from the store associates to address this issue. Despite seeing me struggle, one of the associates, a lady in her 50s with brown long hair and a skinny build, did not offer to help or even remove the boxes that were obstructing my path.

Given the poor store conditions and inadequate customer service, I decided not to make a purchase and left the store immediately. It's unfortunate that the store's priorities seem to be misplaced, and I wouldn't recommend shopping here to...
