Jefferson's — Local services in Crestwood

Unfortunately, I cannot adequately review this location because we did not get to take the tour or taste the whiskey. We were traveling through and my husband definitely wanted to visit this distillery so we stopped along the way. We walked in and after five minutes we were not even acknowledged by the two employees in the room. They were busy instead of talking to another couple about trips to Ireland, vacation condos in Florida, etc.. If they were busy taking care of other customers that would have been understandable but they were not. It was personal conversation.

It actually was very awkward, because we just stood there, and there were only two other people in the room other than the two employees, the couple who they were engaged in conversation with. Just as we were about to walk out, the woman said in a somewhat haughty tone, “Can I help you”?. to this question my husband answered, “Not anymore”. and we left.

It was disrespectful and definitely not good customer service and unfortunately they lost a customer. My husband previously had enjoyed Jefferson’s but will not partake in...

Dropped in to scope out the place and get my trail stamp. I spoke to Steve up front who showed me some tastings that were extremely reasonably priced and he was a joy to talk to. He also looks great for 97 - He may be Moses.
